Our Interview Cycle

To respect your time, we strive to maintain these commitments for our interview processes:

  1. 2.5 weeks from application to decision.
  2. 5 total hours of interviews (or less) over no more than 6 interviews.
  3. 3 days or less to update candidates on next steps.
  4. An open line of communication with your recruiter.

Of course, we’re humans, too. Holidays, unexpected urgencies, and life will sometimes get in the way of meeting these commitments perfectly. But we’ll still shoot for the moon! 🌝
